Women healing from toxic relationships, rebuilding after emotional hardship, or simply feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or alone.
No. You’re welcome to participate silently until you feel comfortable. Nothing is ever forced.
No. HerSpace is a supportive community space, not a replacement for professional mental health care.
Nothing. HerSpace is completely free. You only cover your own food or drink if we’re meeting at a local venue.
We meet every second Friday from 6-8 PM. The location rotates monthly and is shared via email after you reserve your spot.
Absolutely. Most women come solo — and quickly realize they’re not alone anymore.
